Jason Lee, DMSc, PA-C

Jason is originally from Michigan but grew up in the military. He and his family have lived in the North Texas area since 2020. He received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Central Michigan University, and completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) at the University of Lynchburg, along with doctoral certificates in Executive Leadership and Healthcare Administration and Management. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and the Texas Medical Board.

Jason is a residency-trained orthopedic specialty PA who brings both urgent care and orthopedic experience to his practice at DOC. He specializes in sports medicine, fracture care, joint degeneration, and overuse injuries, and is trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative medicine/orthobiologics. In addition to his clinical role, Jason serves as Director of Advanced Practice Providers for DOC's orthopedic service line and directs the organization's APP residency program, contributing to the training and development of future orthopedic specialists.

Jason takes a hands-on approach with every patient, focusing on clear communication, accurate diagnosis, and getting people back to the activities that matter most to them. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, reading, and staying active.
