Jason Lee, DMSc, PA-C

ason is originally from Michigan but grew up in the military. He and his family have lived in the North Texas area since 2020. He received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Central Michigan University and completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies [MPAS] at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his Doctorate of Medical Science at the University of Lynchburg, and has completed an additional doctoral certificate program in Healthcare Administration and Leadership. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants [NCCPA] and the Texas Medical Board and is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Associates [AAPA].

Jason is a residency trained orthopedic specialty PA who brings both urgent care and orthopedic experience to his practice at DOC. He specializes in sports medicine, fracture care, joint degeneration, and overuse injuries. He is also trained in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative medicine/orthobiologics. When not practicing in clinic, Jason serves as the director of DOC’s PA residency program, contributing to the training and development of future orthopedic specialists.

In his spare time Jason enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, sports, and reading.
