Morton’s Neuroma

Morton's neuroma is a persistent pain in the ball of the foot. Morton's neuroma is a thickening of the tissue that surrounds the digital nerve leading to the toes, usually between the third and fourth toes in response to irritation, trauma, or excessive pressure. Symptoms include burning pain in the ball of the foot that radiates into the toes, intensified pain with activity, and numbness in the toes.
